For my project, I intend to create a portfolio of work created from using ‘Cacti’ as a stimulus. This will be shown through varied individual photoshoots based on words that ‘Cacti’ inspired. I will use this website to show all of my work and this will be an effective way as it cannot get lost and any physical work I do can be scanned into the computer so there is nothing missing. I chose Cacti as my starting point because I believe that it will enable me to create a varied range of photoshoots as I came up with lots of contrasting and different ideas for the shoots. This will also enable me to look at a wide range of artists to research which means this is an opportunity to widen my knowledge and inspire me for said photoshoots. This will give me an interesting and varied final portfolio for my project. At the end of this project I aim to have shown many different interpretations of ‘Cacti’ through photos as I can.
